CU*Answers teaches credit unions the value of a records and information management program

On Monday, February 15, CU*Answers Records Management Services held two education courses for all client credit union personnel and leaders. The first, an overview of records and information management, covered implementing a records and information management (RIM) program. The course illustrated how RIM helps credit unions manage their data in a way that meets their business needs and complies with regulations.

The second course, “Email Overload – How to Manage It,” discussed how in this day and age where digital communication dominates, credit unions are drowning in email and are spending an increasing amount of time trying to manage it. Participants learned ways to effectively manage their email overload.

The CU*Answers Records and Information Management team has one mission: to assist credit unions in developing a records management program. One with accountability, where records are authentic and reliable, where private and essential information is protected against unauthorized access, that complies with applicable laws and credit union policies, and that ensures timely, efficient and accurate retrieval of the information you need to run your business.
