CU*Answers, a 100% credit union owned cooperative CUSO, promotes employee education and training as tangible objectives for professional and personal growth through their Employee Participation Program (EPP). To meet the needs of a progressive business and diverse population of employees, the program is consistently dissected, evaluated, and updated to assure training remains relevant.

For 2013, the EPP includes a variety of subject matters that fall into three major categories of learning 1) Security, 2) Employee Development, and 3) Leadership Development. With broad topics, targeted content, online or classroom training options, and class times of varied duration, CU*Answers has designed a program that caters to the needs of employees and managers in their professional and personal lives.
