CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, declared that promoting employee education and training are tangible objectives for the professional and personal growth of their staff. As a continued investment in our team members, the Organizational Development Team offers a Trainer Certification course that encourages the development of presentation skills. The response from our team has been incredibly positive; we currently have over 50 employees that have completed and are now certified CU*Answers trainers.
