CU*Answers Shows Credit Unions the Steps to Better Education

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, recently announced that it has added fifteen new topics to its in depth Show Me the Steps documentation. The online help system provides credit unions on the CU*BASE® core platform with detailed, step-by-step instructions for completing various tasks. The most recent additions elaborate on handling a bankruptcy case from A to Z.

Although the CU*BASE platform includes online help for nearly every screen, CU*Answers decided that credit unions could benefit from detailed instructions, taking staff throughout the system to complete daily activities. Tapping into the power of the cooperative network, credit unions volunteered their own internal documentation to help create a robust system of instructional information. Those submissions, along with instructions submitted by the various teams of experts, including the CU*Answers Collections team, have helped create the expansive help platform credit unions have access to today.

CU*Answers added that it hopes credit unions will continue to support the network by submitting more entries in the future, and continue to improve the educational experience for new and existing credit union employees.
