CU*Answers rolls out the ability to view checks from its Phone Operator and Inquiry screens

Currently CU*Answers Item Processing clients can view checks from a button on the Timeout window of the CUSO’s core processing platform, CU*BASE®. With the new CU*Answers 19.05 release there is access right from Phone Operator and Inquiry screens. Now if there is a question about the contents of a check, the answer is just a click away!
