West Michigan based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, has released its sixteenth edition of the “Tricks of the Trade” education series. The series focuses on several aspects of the company’s flagship data processing platform, CU*BASE®, and how it can be optimally utilized.

The most recent edition focuses on five various topics: the Smart Message functionality that focuses on how to send online marketing messages to your members; See/Jump controls, which allow members to jump from member account to member account in the CU*Answers It’s Me 247 online banking product; Statement Processing and Verification Tasks for Self Processors that provide a checklist to help the credit union with their monthly statement processing routines; Easy Pay for Mobile Web Banking, which allows members to pay their bills using their smart phone; and the updated It’s Me 247 Color Brochure which outlines various online banking features that the CU*Answers credit unions can offer to their members.
