CU*Answers’ recent 21.05 release of their CU*BASE core software came with an update from the SettleMINT EFT team, changing the ATM/debit card ordering process to make it much easier to order cards for joint owners. Previously, clients would have to manually update all the necessary information to order a card for a joint owner. Now, clients are able to simply select the “Find Another Owner” button and CU*BASE will present them with options for other owners on the account. This will then populate all the information needed for the card order and the client can complete the order as normal. “This will be a welcome update from our credit union clients. It will speed up the order process for members and help to mitigate any human error that can come from manually adding information,” said Chase Johnson, SettleMINT EFT Account Executive.
