The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that the 2020 Education Catalog is complete and is being mailed to their clients this week. CU*Answers works to deliver the catalog prior to the beginning of each calendar year to give clients time to design their own annual training program based on the offerings in the catalog. “To accommodate different learning styles, we offer the courses in a variety of formats,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. “From in-person courses to web conferences to interactive video tutorials, there’s a training solution to meet any need. Complementing our broad array of courses, our special training events offer credit union staff the opportunity to not only learn about CU*BASE®, but also to network with peers. One of our most popular training events is the CU*BASE Leadership Conference, which offers CEOs and credit union senior leaders a look back at significant CU*BASE enhancements during the first half of the year and a look forward at enhancements to come.”
CU*Answers has 90 different classes that are offered in 2020, not including special events. Most of these courses are also recorded and made available on the OnDemand website for future viewing. Lani Lowing, Client Services and Education Team Lead added: “I am excited to announce our new Client Services and Education program. This new course is geared towards both newer Tellers/MSRs and experienced staff seeking information about the Teller and Member Service functions in CU*BASE.”
