CU*Answers recognizes Samantha Seume for outstanding leadership

For many years CU*Answers has acknowledged individuals through its Leadership Award program, recognizing employees for going above and beyond their job and for demonstrating outstanding leadership skills. CU*Answers’ newest award recipient, Samantha Seume, is a programmer/analyst and has been an outstanding employee for the CUSO for 13 years.

“Here at CU*Answers we have many individuals who have a commitment, attitude, and passion in their career that draws others to follow their lead,” said Amber Overla, vice president of Organizational Resource Development. “These individuals promote a supportive, motivating, and positive impact at CU*Answers.”

The individual that receives this award is nominated by coworkers, managers, and the executive team. This award is given out twice a year at all-staff meetings. Lorie Morse, AVP of Programming said: “Sam can be relied on to get projects completed and she will go above and beyond to help a coworker. She has proven herself a leader by managing projects, adjusting to changing timelines, going the extra mile to help when needed, she doesn’t hesitate to think outside the box and offer solutions, and she is willing to help anywhere needed.”
