West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, announced that they are receiving great reviews on their Custom Training Edition offering. Custom Training Edition is a copy of the credit union’s live data from the CU*BASE^® core platform copied over to a training environment. Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education, said: “Our clients have always had access to a generic training environment referred to as Bedrock, but now with CTE, they can train their team members using their specific products, services and processes. With twelve clients onboard, we hope to see more interest as credit unions see the benefits of this product.” Karla Glowiak, training & development specialist at Frankenmuth Credit Union added: “We have had CTE training software going on three years, and I could not imagine training new hires without it.
