CU*Answers Promotes Collaborative Marketing Program

CU*Answers recently said that its Collaborative Marketing Campaign service, provided free to credit unions utilizing its CU*BASE processing system, represents only one of the services offered as part of its CU*OverDrive suite of marketing services. It said that as based upon a credit union’s desire to regularly communicate with its members, CU*OverDrive service may be tailored specifically to a credit union’s marketing strategy and may also include statement inserts, website banners/badges, posters and much more.

CU*Answers said that for credit union’s utilizing only the Collaborative Marketing campaign agenda, they are provided 4 campaigns annually, each targeting the promotion of various self-serve credit union products or services, designed to incent member participation. CU*Answers concluded by stating that the organization, all collateral development and campaign tracking and results are performed gratis by CU*Answers, and that in each case, the credit union is only responsible for printing costs as pertaining to items such as statement inserts and lobby posters.
