The CU*Answers Production Team, working in cooperation with AFLAC, has completed development and implementation for improved insurance transaction file transfer facilities. In addition to improvements in file inspection and transfer automation, the new processes allow streamlined addition of new clients, greater security measures, and bulk transfers. This project is the result of ongoing process improvement initiatives in the CU*Answers Production Center drive constant operational advances in CU*Answers data center.
