The 100% owned CUSO is prepping to travel to the 2013 Annual Planning Session in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This year’s Annual Planning Session will include the Board of Directors from CU*Answers as well as CUSOs CU*Northwest, and Xtend. This marks the first time all three boards will be in attendance for the joint planning session.

The Annual Planning Session takes place to discuss the 2014 business year. Senior leaders along with the Board of Directors forecast, brainstorm, and plan for the year ahead. The event is purposely centered on transparency to evaluate the upcoming year’s Business Plan and Budget. Target goals are set with a clear plan of action to reach them. The cooperative business model is being exercised at the CUSOs annual planning session.
