The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that they are preparing new CU*BASE^® Custom Training Editions for two of their newest clients. “Custom Training Edition is a copy of the credit union’s live data, copied over to a training environment just for their credit union staff,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. “Our clients have always had access to a generic training environment referred to as Bedrock, but now with the CTE, they can train their team members using their specific products, services and processes.” The new clients bring the total number of CTE environments up to fourteen.
