CU*Answers outlines communications plan for IBM iAccess Installer and LegaSuite upgrades

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently determined plans to communicate to clients a set of necessary upgrades to both the IBM iAccess Installer and LegaSuite. These upgrades are required to maintain ongoing support within the client network. Included in the emails will be AnswerBook links to a complete list of instructions for upgrading each item. Additionally, AnswerBook links for first-time installation will be included, for any clients or workstations that do not yet have IBM iAccess or LegaSuite already installed.

CU*Answers clients are required to complete this upgrade process by November 11 but are encouraged to begin doing so as soon as they receive these communications. The first client-facing emails will be sent out in early August. Follow-up emails targeted towards clients who have yet to complete their upgrades will be sent out during the following months, leading up to the November 11 deadline.
