The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce some of their on-going initiatives with their partners, CU*NorthWest and CU*SOUTH. The partners have always worked together to offer client support, training and phone support. “Typically, support is a scheduled event as it relates to staffing. In June, CU*SOUTH had an unforeseen period of two days that they needed phone support for their clients, and CU*Answers Client Services and Education Team stepped in to take their incoming support calls,” stated Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. Welch-Vilker continued, “This was a great opportunity for both teams as we were able to assist a new group of clients, and CU*SOUTH was able to staff other initiatives.” Kate Whalley, Director of Client Services at CU*SOUTH stated, “With relatively short notice, the team at CU*Answers was able to rally and provide our Client Service Department with call coverage and support. This assistance allowed us to increase the staff on-site for two new client conversions, thus providing us the opportunity to focus on our ongoing initiative of knowledge sharing within our organization. We’re happy to be aligned with CU*Answers…we share the same vision of a network of collaborative partners that support each other and our clients.”
