CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based core data processing CUSO, is now providing a secure Online/Mobile Forms catalog that has over 75 sample forms that can be embedded into a credit union’s website, mobile website, mobile app, and It’s Me 247 online banking, all at no charge. Now credit unions have another tool to step up their self-service and Internet Retailer strategies.

This catalog has forms with content pertaining to memberships, accounts, loans, administration, card services, member services and upload requests. These forms can be edited by each credit union to meet their electronic members’ needs. Disclosures, external images, logos, uploads for images/files can be included as well as checkboxes, dropdown windows, and checklists to name a few.

All of these forms route to one workflow queue called the “Request Center” where the credit union decides who can work each type of form. This queue also provides form tracking and automated email notifications when a form has been submitted by a member.
