New for 2018, the Organizational Resource Development (ORD) team of cooperative CUSO CU*Answers has created a series of four new classes for credit union partners. These classes will be offered during CU*Answers University Week. Three of the four classes focus on management topics: “Leadership Skills for a New Supervisor”, “The Art of Coaching”, and “Interviewing Skills with a Credit Union Slant.” The fourth offers tips for providing first-class customer service to members.

These classes are offered as classroom sessions and are also available via the Zoom video conference platform at no charge. Participants in these classes will receive a copy of the PowerPoint presentation, which includes a list of related resources.
