CU*Answers Offers Executive Study Groups for 2013

West Michigan-based core data processor, CU*Answers, previously announced a series of Executive Study Group offerings designed for credit unions utilizing its CU*BASE® processing system. CU*Answers said these study groups are designed to provide a forum for leaders to discuss the issues that affect their institutions, teams, businesses and the industry at large. Participants meet to share information and discover new strategies to make their operations more effective.

CU*Answers added that each study group focuses on a different management area and encompass a wide array of topics to facilitate questions, discussion, and foster collaboration among the entire Executive Study Group.

During Part I of the Active Beta Study Group web conference series, CU*Answers will introduce credit unions to new CU*BASE features they will receive with the 13.0 release. In Part II, there will be a review of the features, and discussion of comments submitted by beta testers, as well as how best to document and market these new features to their credit union peers.

CU*Answers stated these Groups tackle one topic at a time—such as the popular Where Your Members Borrow and Credit Report Data Mining features—and focus on how that topic can affect the future direction of their business and global member relationships. Sometimes they might be high level strategic subjects, other times they simply might be about getting your hands dirty with specific tools available.
