With the CU*Answer CU*BASE release 21.10, the cooperative CUSO has enhanced the ability to edit photo IDs in the Xpress teller platform. New buttons have been added to edit and refresh the graphics shone on the screen by developing a new tool from the eDOC Imaging Solutions team. The tool allows the image to be rotated and cropped. Once the changes are made in the interface simply click to accept the new image and a new version of the photo ID and confirm it. This tool will help front line staff since they will not have to rescan images to get the best rendition.
