CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative data processing CUSO, announced its December “Tricks of the Trade” training webinar will focus on Collections Documentation. The webinar will be held December 17 at 3:30pm and will highlight different documentation tools written for collections professionals by CU*Answers Collections Services.

“From recommendations for handling accounts belonging to members in bankruptcy, favorite collections reports and dashboards, to charging off loans from CU*BASE^® and recapping the latest changes to the software in our 13.3 release, these training sessions are an example of the collaborative nature of our industry,” said Scott Page, EVP of CU*Answers.
