CU*Answers is proud to announce its newest feature functionality: rewarding members purchases with the new credit card cash back reward program. CU*Answers credit unions can develop a program that reviews members’ credit card purchases each month and following the parameters they configure, reward members with a percentage cash back, posted as a credit on their credit card loan. Configurations allow for a percentage paid out, maximum and minimum earnings for payout, as well as delinquency restrictions.
