CU*Answers New It’s Me 247 Branding

CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processing cooperative has announced a series of new branding options for credit unions utilizing the It’s Me 247 Online Banking solution, allowing every credit union to take advantage of the next evolution of self-service channel solutions.

CU*Answers said for years members who use It’s Me 247 self-service tools have enjoyed features that allowed them to personalize the site to their individual preferences, with a primary goal of having every individual member feel like they were the central focus.

Scott Page, CU*Answers EVP said, “with the latest look-and-feel upgrades to It’s Me 247, CU*Answers launched an enhanced platform to improve member navigation and allow for credit union-level customization. These include several options for allowing every credit union to select a level of customized online banking and future mobile solutions to fit their credit union’s unique style and theme. For instance, rather than marketing online banking as It’s Me 247, credit unions can brand online banking with their own logo, create a unique color scheme, upload custom photo albums, and add personalized social media links to sell the member a complete user experience.”

CU*Answers concluded by saying these newest branding options are in addition to a series of custom background color and website link strategies previously offered.
