CU*Answers is rolling out a new dashboard that will allow the monitoring of paid ahead loans. While there are certain advantages when members pay ahead, this dashboard allows credit unions to check that the next due dates are not advanced too far into the future. While monitoring members, the dashboard allows staff to jump directly into those accounts and make any necessary adjustment(s). This dashboard replaces the obsoleted Loans Paid Ahead Analysis. With various sort and filter options, the new dashboard makes it much easier to identify and analyze members that have paid ahead loans.
