New features and enhancements will be offered in CU*Answers’ Mobile 4.0 release that credit unions can offer on their own schedule. Now credit union mobile products can be managed to meet their members’ service and product needs.
Banner advertisements will now optimally scale to any device, including tablets. The banner ads will continue to auto rotate or swipe, giving credit unions advertising they create to be eye catching. Custom mobile links on the home screen will also add to successful marketing.
Members will now be able to filter their messages by type or read/unread status and edit multiple messages at the same time using ‘Quick Swipe’. The Message Center will also offer electronic signature for any document on any mobile device. In addition, credit unions can create their own Assist FAQs that are optimized with a 2-column layout for Android tablets and Apple iPads. Improved branch information will dynamically display images and locations/hours that will take advantage of the 2-column layout. Finally, members will be able to check their Vantage credit score on file with the credit union with configurable accompanying text.
