CU*Answers Mobile First initiative has over forty credit unions live on new platform

West Michigan data processor CU*Answers recently announced that over forty credit unions are currently live on the new Mobile First online banking platform. CU*Answers has been updating and rolling out a new, modern, mobile-first online banking platform over the last few months, putting it near the top of financial institutions’ online offerings. Early adopters and beta testers have been using the new It’s Me 247 for several months, putting it through its paces and reporting bugs. Now, over forty credit unions are completely moved to the new platform with many more scheduled to rollout in phases for the remainder of the summer, targeting an October completion date. This brings to fruition over a year’s worth of planning and development from development teams.
