eNotices allow the credit union to send an electronic version of a printed notice to the member. This is a great way to avoid the costly postage associated with sending a notice via regular post and is also a service many members will be glad to have in this age of computer usage. The CU*Answers Client Services and Education Team can now help credit unions increase the number of eNotice enrollments by performing a database flood in CU*BASE. Credit unions can select from 3 different groups of members: (1) Members enrolled in e-Statements, (2) Members with an email address or (3) Members who accepted the end user license agreement.
Kasey Hawkins, Assistant Manager of Client Services and Education, said: “This product offering allows credit unions to flood eNotice enrollments in CU*BASE cutting back on the costs of printing and mailing member notices such as delinquency and negative balance notices.” Credit unions can request this service via the CU*Answers Store.
