CU*Answers Item Processing onboarded 74 mobile RDC clients in 2018

The CU*Answers Item Processing team, working with eDOC Innovations, successfully onboarded 74 mobile RDC clients in 2018. eDOC manages the technology for backend processing, archiving and transmitting image files to a variety of designated clearing houses. The role of the Item Processing team is to facilitate the RDC implementations into the eDOC CheckLogic software, provide software training to the credit union staff and ongoing Level I support.

The CU*Answers Item Processing department was initially formed in 1982 for direct deposit services and their first check processing client was signed in 1984. CU*Answers offers check processing services to all US credit unions regardless of state or time zone.
