CU*Answers has joined with Zoom cloud-based conferencing to expand the classroom. Since 2007, CU*Answers, through the Organizational Resource Development department, has featured the Employee Participation Program (EPP), an internal education effort where employees led 15-30-minute classes to peers to further company and industry knowledge. Subjects range from the very specific (“How to Submit a Programming Request Form”) to the very general (“Relaxation Techniques at your Desk”).

Access to the classroom environment is now being expanded by Zoom, a cloud-based conferencing system available to all employees. Through Zoom, an employee will have the ability to remotely join the class from their desk or any other work location. Zoom participants can view the instructor, as well as a shared screen of the class content. They can also participate interactively by using either a microphone or a chat feature within the software.
