With the CU*Answers 21.10 CU*BASE release, the cooperative CUSO has added new content to three of the sections of the existing credit card statement. The purpose of this enhancement is to provide more information to the member when his or her account is past due, including reporting delinquency fines, delinquency status and overline amounts more clearly. The summary of account and available credit sections have been reorganized and expanded, and the account information section expanded.
