The Asterisk Intelligence Team reviewed CU*BASE tools #1005 and #1106, the Bill Pay Subscriber Analysis and Where your Members Pay Bills dashboards. Attendees learned how to use dashboards for insights into bill payment activity and the members using this service. These dashboards can be used to act with built in file creation and member outreach capabilities.
