CU*Answers Hosts National Sales Meeting

CU* Answers, the multi-owned cooperative CUSO headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, announced that it had recently hosted its sixth annual national sales meeting at Watermark Country Club in Cascade, Michigan. The CUSO reported that more than three dozen team members, network partners and CUSO board directors were in attendance for the two-day event.

CU*Answers Executive Vice President of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships Scott Collins said: “We were pleased to have so many industry professionals from our network join us for our annual brainstorming session. We not only had executive and sales team participation from all of our national wholesale partners and affiliates, we also had several members of our board add their customer-owner perspective to the discussion. It was a great opportunity to review the audits from our sales processes and brainstorm with our partners on ways our collective sales teams can be more effective raising awareness of our network’s cooperative value proposition to more credit unions across the country.”

Collins continued: “We split this year’s event into two days so that we could focus on CU*BASE core sales on the first day and our growing menu of ancillary products and professional services on the second day. I am already looking forward to next year’s event with even more participants.”
