CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned CUSO, has been busy with gathering donations for West Michigan Meals on Wheels. Each year the staff at CU*Answers participates in the fall donation drive. The drive benefits seniors in the West Michigan area that are home bound. This year the staff will donate items requested by the organization such as non-perishable food items, toilet paper, pet food, and laundry soap. These items help the seniors live an independent and healthy life.

Participating in local food drives is one way the staff at CU*Answers displays the Cooperative principles such as, “Concern for Community.” CU*Answers staff also participate in a volunteer committee, “The Community Crew”, which organizes annual blood drives and other campaigns that promote organizations in the West Michigan area.
