CU*Answers holds two-day annual sales planning meeting

Last week, CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, held its annual two-day strategic sales planning meeting. The first of two days, which was focused on inside sales initiatives for the CUSO’s many business units and branded services, was attended by more than forty team members and business partners.

In commenting on day 1 of the event, Scott Collins, EVP of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships for the CUSO said: “It has been really exciting to watch the growth of the various business units in our cooperative, and the passionate manner that they execute their craft. More than a dozen CU*Answers Management Services team leaders took the stage to share not only their plans for wrapping up our 2019 fiscal year in a strong manner, but also their goals for the coming year. Personally, I left the meeting with a renewed excitement that the investments our cooperative. Our price disruptive services can make a real difference for the 275+ credit unions in our core data processing network.”

“I was pleased that many of our strategic partners were also able to attend this year’s meeting,” Collins continued. “We had partners in from Texas, Washington, Michigan and Alabama this year, and all of them shared with me that the breadth and depth of our professional services portfolio – both fee and free – was something that could be leveraged by credit unions across the country.”

CU*Answers will host its 10th Strategic Sales Planning event August 4-5, 2020 in Grand Rapids.
