CU*Answers announced that the May “Tricks of the Trade” webinar, held May 19, 2015, featured documentation on the new write-off and charge-off tools that were added with the 15.0 CU*BASE^® release. The webinar series highlights documentation from the “Tricks of the Trade” newsletter series, a monthly publication designed to help CU*Answers clients learn more about available documentation resources.

A CU*Answers representative added that the June Tricks of the Trade webinar will feature documentation from the 2015 Leadership Conference.
