CU*Answers holds May 23rd Dashboard Dives session

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned data processing CUSO, based out of Grand Rapids, MI, held its latest Dashboard Dives session on Thursday, May 23. Attendees joined the Asterisk Intelligence team as they reviewed CU*BASE® tool #1315, Where Your Members Call. This Dashboard Dive reviewed how the tool can be used to analyze call center activity and can provide greater visibility into call center Wrap-Up Codes.

Credit unions can use this feature to review call volume per day, employee productivity, and even insights into who their excessive call center users are. Use this dashboard to identify training opportunities, promote self-service channels, or for insights into call topics and member demographics.
