CU*Answers, the 100% credit-union owned cooperative CUSO, held its first Collections Roundtable event of the year on February 13^th. Due to high demand, the event was held at CU*Answers’ main offices in Grand Rapids as well as being available to attend online via web conference. The event was split into two sessions to accommodate attendees. The roundtable was held as an open forum discussion focusing on collections laws, internal procedures, and CU*BASE^® collections processes.
