CU*Answers Goes Above and Beyond with New Just Turn It On Service

CU*Answers, a credit union service organization and data processor for close to 200 credit unions nationwide, goes above and beyond the typical role of a data processor by offering its client credit unions its new Just Turn It On service, which was launched on March 18, 2013. As part of this new service, a CU*Answers team of experts will activate certain features of their CU*BASE® software for their client credit unions as well as complete all associated tasks such as updating software configurations, writing documentation for board approval, and developing member disclosures. With the new Just Turn It On service, CU*Answers client credit unions have a wide range of CU*BASE features they can have activated, including Debit Card Round Up and Abnormal Activity Monitoring, a cutting-edge fraud-monitoring tool.
