The Organizational Resource Development (ORD) Team of CU*Answers has successfully enhanced its HRIS by implementing a new benefit solution. In December 2020, the ORD Team completed the benefit implementation onto the Paylocity platform. This implementation allows for a fully integrated experience between the organization’s payroll and benefit platforms.

The 2021 benefit open enrollment process was performed on the new benefit platform for both CU*Answers and network partner Xtend. This resulted in a seamless open enrollment period, along with internal end of year processing.

As the organization continues into 2021, the ORD Team continues to identify opportunities to enhance the HRIS. This ultimately creates a more robust platform that can be leveraged to better serve the employee base.
