CU*Answers enhancing remote deposit capture processing

CU*Answers will begin to offer real time posting of remote deposit captures guaranteeing 7 days/week for 20+ hours per day while reducing cost for its credit unions near to 75%, scheduled for the next release in October 2018. A new dashboard to track deposit activity will be available with a member analysis of those using this feature. Processing electronic check deposits submitted by a member is one way to meet the needs to today’s marketing place – no need to drive to a lobby or ATM.

Coming in 2019, electronic checks will be able to make loan payments and provide the member the ability to enroll via the app with enrollment controls based on member age, length of membership, credit score and delinquency status with immediate approval for the first check deposit/payment.

Finally, once these new features are in place, there will be a member enrollment analysis to give credit unions more data to review. RDC will also be combined into rewards points and fee waivers.
