With the CU*Answers CU*BASE release 21.10 credit union staff can now view the projected escrow disbursement amounts for the upcoming year in the core data processing system. Staff will also be able to see trends of the projected payment after this year. The CU*BASE dashboard Escrow Analysis Projected Disbursement Amounts will present the historical projected amounts for previous years also to see trends. In the escrow analysis configuration tool credit union staff will now also have four additional lines where they can enter a closing paragraph.
