With the CU*Answers 18.10 CU*BASE^® release, the CUSO has added a new enhancement to allow credit unions to order an online credit card for their member in CU*BASE, without that order triggering a record being sent to the vendor via batch card maintenance. This is helpful in situations where credit unions need to attach a card number to a loan after the card already exists on the vendor database. It will also be useful when credit unions want to use a non-integrated Instant Card Issue solution to generate cards in-house. Similar to how ATM/Debit Card orders already work, credit unions will simply uncheck Send maintenance when ordering a card.
