The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is pleased to announce that the 2014 Education Catalog is complete and has been delivered to their clients.  CU*Answers strives to deliver the catalog prior to the beginning of each calendar year in an effort to give their clients time to design their own annual training program based on the offerings in the catalog.  This year the catalog boasts 119 courses, 20 of which are new or revised, and cover over 13 different content areas ranging from Member service to marketing.

In addition to scheduled Web Conference and Classroom courses, CU*Answers accommodates numerous individual requests throughout the year.  These requests are often to visit a client site for personalized training, or in some cases the client requests to visit CU*Answers to participate in a workshop environment.  Other venues of training that CU*Answers delivers each year are: Online Courses, Individual Workshops, Focus Groups, OnDemand Courses, and a Training Library complete with workbooks.
