CU*Answers discovering success with transition group calls for newly converted clients

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that a program coined as the Transition Group continues to make a very positive impact on new clients. “The Transition Group is comprised of talented individuals from the Client Services and Education Team, designed to provide on-going training to our new clients on a weekly basis for 6 months post conversion,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of the Client Services and Education Team. “Prior to the actual conversion we offer hands on training for the “basics” of the software. These transition meetings allow us to take training to the next level, introducing them to new features they may want to take advantage of.”

Cindy Stevens, Account Executive of the Client Services and Education Team added, “It’s exciting to see the confidence with our newer credit unions, as we continue to teach them about the features in CU*BASE.”
