During the CEO Strategic Developers Boot Camp in November 2018, cooperative CUSO CU*Answers brainstormed with credit union CEOs on the future of teller platforms from a big picture, strategic point of view. On February 14th the CUSO held update webinars for other interested credit union subject matter experts. The next step is to invite more credit unions to participate in helping CU*Answers design the next generation of teller tools for the network by joining a boot camp task force. Attendees will collaborate with CU*Answers to solve today’s questions surrounding branch management, tellers, budget and more.
