CU*Answers, West Michigan based core processing CUSO, recently announced personnel changes within the Conversion Team. Heather French has moved to the SettleMint Team as an EFT Account Executive. Melissa Fulgenzi, originally from Client Services and Education, joins the team as a Conversion Coordinator. Melissa brings four years of Client Services experience as well as many years of credit union experience to her new position. “We are excited to have Melissa join us knowing her expertise will round out the team,” said Martha Anderson Ford, VP Delivery Services at CU*Answers.

The team has over 35 years collectively of data conversion experience and are ready to assist new and existing clients with their projects and ensure a smooth transition.
