CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, began delivering communications for a new series of Asterisk Intelligence webinars on Wednesday, May 2nd. These emails focused on SnapShot, a new time slice Query option for CU*BASE® users. An early preview of SnapShot was presented to attendees of the February Data Boot Camp, and the product was made available on the CU*Answers online store as of May 2018.
Two webinar sessions were hosted by the Asterisk Intelligence team, on May 10th and May 15th respectively. The SnapShot emails also included a link to the Asterisk Intelligence page of the CU*Answers website where clients could locate additional information about the product, a link to the store page where the SnapShot product could be ordered, and a link to the OnDemand video library where clients could find a recorded version of the webinar if they were unable to attend either of the live webinar sessions.
