West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is pleased to announce that the custom training offering released in 2015 has now been deployed to eleven of their clients. “The CU*BASE Custom Training Edition (CTE) is a copy of the credit union’s live data, copied over to a training environment,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services & Education. “Our clients have always had access to a generic training environment, but now with the CTE, they can train their team members using their specific products, services and processes. With eleven clients on-board, we hope to see more interest as they see the benefits of this new product.”
