CU*Answers Creates an Active Client Study Group

Management Analysis Dashboards

CU*Answers, a core processing CUSO, is assembling a forum made up of their credit union client leaders to participate in a study group to learn about new and existing CU*BASE® Management Analytics Dashboards. Using data already archived, these dashboards provide CEOs valuable trending and target marketing tools to promote member product participation. This group can attend 12 web conferences scheduled throughout 2013 be introduced to each dashboard, understand the drive behind each one, share information and gather comments about how to best document and market these new features for their peers.

With over 25 dashboards that take a look at loan trends, credit risk scores, peer rate analysis, member shopping and borrowing trends, and EFT card usage, clients can identify the types of members participating in their product offerings. More importantly they can also identify those not using those products, but should. Demographics are used as well as account retention to leverage marketing dollars. Target marketing can be processed in the most efficient way at lower cost.

Now, more than ever, our clients can use the data they own to achieve a higher bar for member participation at no additional cost.
