CU*Answers, the West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, invited clients to attend their Teller Training Day. This class is a 4-hour web conference training course covering topics including teller processing, how to perform teller reversals, and teller balancing research. Lani Lowing, Education Team Lead stated, “We had 49 participants join this course. What an excellent opportunity for credit union team members, to learn teller responsibilities or just brush up on their current teller skills.”
